Our macarons are skilfully handmade but there may be some variation in the colours.

Ingredients:

ALL MACARON SHELLS: caster sugar, ground almonds, icing sugar (icing sugar; anti-caking agent: E341), egg white, butter (milk), double cream (milk), cream of tartar (raising agent: monopotassium tartrate).
