As we’re continuously growing our business, we're looking for a Packing & Dispatch Coordinator to join our talented team permanently, to efficiently manage the packing and dispatch processes and ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and coordinate the final stages of packing and dispatch before our product leaves the bakery.
Manage the daily dispatch of orders via the company Dispatching System (Shipstation).
To brief, train and delegate the packing and dispatch team.
Coordinate packaging purchasing and stock control.
To ensure the highest quality standards are achieved and maintained. 
To oversee and coordinate all finished good stock holding and orders dispatched.
To monitor the stock systems and work closely with the planning team to ensure accurate stock levels at all times.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

With no two days being the same, you must be adaptable and positive to pack our sugar cookies to high standards whilst being able to work at a good pace.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is energetic, has impeccable attention to detail, well organised and who doesn’t mind the occasional team sing-a-long or podcast listening session!

A significant portion of your day will be spent working on a laptop preparing customer orders for dispatch, so the ideal candidate will be tech savvy, as comfortable on a computer as they are packing cookies.

Prior experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting or in food production, particularly with cookies, would be a bonus but not essential.

Please note that this is a highly manual job, and you will need to be prepared to be on your feet for and lift large boxes. 

THE ADMIN STUFF

£26000-£28000 per annum (depending on previous experience)
Minimum 42.5 hours per week
Permanent contract 
Location: Bethnal Green, E2 9LE
Must be able to start ASAP!
