As we’re continuously growing our business, we're looking for a Packing & Dispatch Coordinator to join our talented team permanently, to help with the packing and dispatch process and help to keep our customers happy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ✅
The main responisibility of this role is to assist the Packing & Dispatch Manager with all aspects of the packing & dispatch process. This includes:

- Working efficiently to complete the daily packing targets
- Responding to customer queries
- Assisting with stock takes
- Ensuring that our products are beautifully packaged
- Helping to maintain the tidiness of the storage area

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 💫
The ideal candidate will be someone who is energetic, has impeccable attention to detail, well organised and who doesn’t mind the occasional team sing-a-long or podcast listening session!

With no two days being the same, you must be adaptable and be able to pack our sugar cookies to high standards whilst also being able to work at a speedy pace.

Prior experience within food production or customer service would be a bonus but not essential.

Please note that this is a highly manual job, and you will need to be prepared to be on your feet for most of your day and lift large boxes.


THE ADMIN STUFF 📊
- £27,000-£28,000 per annum (depending on previous experience)
- Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm
- Permanent contract 
- Location: Bethnal Green, E2 9LE
- Start date: ASAP
