Royal icing - Icing sugar (Icing sugar, anti-caking agent E341(iii)), Meringue powder (wheat starch, dried egg albumen, sugar, modified starch, acidity regulators (calcium lactate, tartaric acid, cream of tartar, lactic acid), Dextrose, Stabiliser (guar gum)), Icing brightener (humectant E422, colouring E171), Cream of tartar (raising agent E336i), Food colouring gel and paste (glucose syrup, sugar, humectant E422, starch, acidity regulators (E330, E331), thickeners (E406, E551) preservative E202). Gold food paint (water, humectant E422, stabiliser E414, colours E171, E172, emulsifier soya lecithin E322, thickener E1422, acidity regulator E330, preservative E202).
