Ingredients: COOKIE - Wheat flour (wheat flour, emulsifier: E322, E471, Wheat fibres, corrector: amylase + ascorbic acid, Contains soya), caster sugar, self raising flour, vegetable fat spread (plant oils (sustainable palm, sunflower, rapeseed), filtered water, fava bean preparation, plant based emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural flavourings), golden syrup (partially inverted refiners syrup), vanilla bean paste (Vanilla extract, water, sugar, Xanthan gum, Exhausted vanilla seed), liquid chickpea extract. VEGAN ICING - Aquafaba, Icing sugar (Icing sugar, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate (E341(iii))), (Raising Agent:  Monopotassium Tartrate), Whitener (Humectant: E422, Colouring: E171). Gold paint contains soya lecithin E322.
