What does a custom cookie order cost?
Printed logo cookies are £5.90 each with a 20-cookie minimum and can be ordered online. Hand-iced custom cookies run from £6 to £13 per cookie depending on design intricacy and quantity, with a £250 minimum order; larger orders work out cheaper per unit. You’ll have an exact quote within one working day.
How far ahead do I need to order?
Printed logo cookies: from one week. Hand-iced bespoke orders: 1–2 weeks is usually enough. Fully branded or high-volume orders, especially for Christmas, are best booked 4–6 weeks ahead. We have turned orders around in a day when capacity allows, so it is always worth asking.
Can you match our brand colours and logo?
Yes. Printed logo cookies reproduce your artwork in full colour with edible ink (slight colour variation is normal in edible print). Hand-icing can’t match Pantones exactly, but we’re experts at designs that stay true to your brand.
Do you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of recipients and we’ll pack, label and post each box individually with tracked, nominated-day delivery, and keep an eye on every parcel until it lands. Letterbox-sized boxes mean nobody needs to be home.
Can we brand the packaging and add a message?
Cello-wrapped cookies can carry branded stickers; boxed cookies and macarons can have fully branded sleeves. Every box includes a gift message as standard, and we can print branded gift cards or include your own inserts.
What about allergens and dietary requirements?
Every cookie is individually labelled with full ingredients and allergens. Our cookies are vegetarian and Halal-friendly; vegan options are available for many designs. Tell us in your brief.
