Meringue powder (Wheat starch, Dried egg albumen, sugar, modified starch, acidity regulators (calcium lactate, tartaric acid, cream of tartar, lactic acid, dextrose, stabiliser (guar gum)), Icing sugar (Icing sugar, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate (E341(iii))), Raising Agent: Monopotassium Tartrate), Whitener (Humectant: E422, Colouring: E171). Gold paint contains soya lecithin E322.
