Flour Bag: Plain wheat flour (gluten), ground ginger, ground cinnamon, baking powder (Raising agents (Disodium Diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), rice flour), salt.

Sugar bag: soft dark brown sugar (sugar and cane molasses)

How Long Do They Last

Store cookie bases in a cool dry place up to 1 month in an airtight container and do not refrigerate. Store icing in the refrigerator and use within 7 days.
