GINGERBREAD COOKIES: Wheat flour (gluten), caster sugar, golden syrup (partially inverted refiners syrup), unsalted butter (milk), self raising flour, whole egg, vanilla bean paste (Vanilla extract, water, sugar, Xanthan gum, Exhausted vanilla seed), ground cinnamon, ground ginger.

ICING: Icing sugar (icing sugar, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate (E341(iii))), raising agent: monopotassium tartrate), whitener (humectant: E422, colouring: E171)

How Long Do They Last

Store cookie bases in a cool dry place up to 1 month in an airtight container and do not refrigerate. Store icing in the refrigerator and use within 7 days.
